Side Streets

Side Streets is where the misfits live. Fiction with bite. Humor with backbone. Stories that don’t sit neatly on the shelf — and don’t want to. If it bends genres, breaks rules, or wanders off the well-marked path, it probably belongs here.

Not every story belongs on Main Street.

Side Streets is where we publish the sharp-edged fiction. The darkly funny. The nostalgic but not sentimental. The stories that wander off the pavement and come back with dust on their boots and something to say.

These are books that:

• Refuse clean genre labels

• Blend humor with consequence

• Explore flawed people making complicated choices

• Sit somewhere between literary, commercial, and “what did I just read?”

If it doesn’t fit neatly in a bookstore aisle, that’s usually a good sign.

Side Streets isn’t about playing it safe.

It’s about telling the story the way it wants to be told.
